What types of SecureHorizons® health plans are available?

UnitedHealthcare offers Medicare Advantage health plans that provide all of the benefits covered under Original Medicare and more. Secure Horizons plans have no limitations for pre-existing conditions for enrollment, and they do not require a physical exam. Depending on where you live, you may have several health plans to choose from, including:

• Plans starting with $0 monthly plan premiums*
• Plans with or without prescription drug coverage
• Plans with networks of local doctors, hospitals, and specialists
• Plans that offer the freedom to receive care from the provider of your choice
• Plans that offer additional benefits and services not covered by Original Medicare

* You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium if not otherwise paid for under Medicaid or by another third party.

Supplement your Original Medicare benefits

SecureHorizons® Medicare Supplement Insurance may also be available in your area. Supplement insurance works alongside your Original Medicare coverage, and may also offer additional benefits and services not covered by Original Medicare.
